Exhibitor/Sponsorship Registration now open!

The 2025 Getting in Touch With Literacy Conference, to be held November 5th – 8th 2025 at the Downtown Embassy Suites/VonBraun Center in Huntsville, Alabama, is expected to draw approximately 350-400 dedicated people from around the world, including researchers, educators and other professionals who promote literacy for children and adults who are visually impaired. Presenters from a dozen countries will provide more than 100 concurrent sessions to those in attendance. 

NEW ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY STRAND!   This year we will be adding a strand dedicated solely to enhancing the attendees knowledge of the constantly advancing AT available to teachers, trainers and trainers to enable them to be more effective, efficient, and productive and/or allow students and clients a higher level of access to their education with more fun and educational tools that will ultimately lead to greater independence, employability,  and enhanced quality of life.

Exhibitors selling AT are encouraged to submit to present prior to submission deadline. All presentations must include a presenter with a current or previously licensed educator or certified O&M Instructor, CLVT, CVRT, or CATIS with the purpose of educating the attendees vs being perceived as a sales pitch. Session selection preference will be given to those submissions whose goals and objectives focus on providing the attendees knowledge that will have the greatest impact on literacy as we seek to better educate and serve our students and clients.  Presentation Submission Deadline - February 10, 2025.

We also invite you to register and join us for our pre-conference trips on Wednesday, as we travel to and tour Ivy Green (Birthplace of Helen Keller), and/or to the SCIVIS (Space Camp for Interested Visually Impaired Students) at the US Space and Rocket Center. 

Silver and Gold Level Sponsors will each have an opportunity to speak at our opening general session to share what is at their table. 

Table location will be based on Sponsorship Level and order in which registration is received.
